1997 West of the Pecos Rodeo - Pecos, TX final results

PCRA Cowboys won $203,068.25 in the week-long rodeo. With barrel racing and $1,000 bonus for bull riding, the total is $218,363.25.

All Around Cowboy , Rope Myers, $3,849.03 , won in calf roping and steerwrestling
Runner-up, J.D. Yates, $3,519.36 , won in team roping and steer roping
only two men that earned money in two events.
