Lindley featured in famous magazine
Norman Lindley, a former Pecos resident, made national news
recently with his mention in the front-page of a Wall
Street Journal story about those who cleaned up in the
wake of the Resolution Trust Corp. real estate mess of the
Lindley and a Dallas financial advisor partner bought the
United Savings Building for $150,000 from the RTC in 1993.

Norman is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Harold Lindley. His
brother, Clark Lindley, is a local resident.
Norman was born in Pecos and graduate from Pecos High School
in 1956. He was formerly Senior Vice President and a top
producer of the Henry S. Miller Co., the largest commercial
real estate firm in the southwest. One of his sales included
43 shopping centers, three industrial properties and 26
commercial sites in several states.
He is now president of the Norman Lindley Co., which
specializes in commercial real estate. A self-professed fan
of the exotic deal, Lindley is currently brokering a parcel
in St. Croix of the Virgin Island which is zoned casino and
