Terry named Employee of the Month
David Terry has been selected as Employee of the Month for the Month
of August at the Reeves County Detention Center II.
He is married to Debra Terry and the proud father of two children, Rashad
Terry and Tiana Terry, who is currently attending Prairie View A&M University.
Terry began his employment with the Reeves County Detention Center in
He is the Unit Counselor in R-II B-Pod and his dedication to the operation
of the Reeves County Detention Center has been outstanding, according to
RCDC Warden Rudy Franco.
As a Unit Counselor, Terry's primary responsibilities are to maintain
security, sanitation, assist inmates with their problems and help maintain
control of the institution, according to Franco.
"Counselor Terry has always maintained professionalism in all aspects
of his job and in all dealings with both staff and inmates," said Franco.
"He has done an exceptional job and has accomplished all assigned tasks
in minimal time with exceptional results," he said.
The Reeves County Detention Center is proud to recognize Counselor David
Terry as Employee of the Month.
"His high standards, quality of work performance, and self-motivation
have earned him this honor," said Franco. "It is a pleasure to be associated
with an individual such as Counselor David Terry," he said.
"We wish him continued success in his career with the Reeves County Detention
Center," he said.
