Pando named RCDC I's top August officer
Officer Cesar Pando has been selected as Correctional Officer of the
Month at RCDC I for August 2003.
Officer Pando is a 1998 graduate of Presidio High School, in Presidio,
Texas. He is married to Connie Pando and is the proud father of two children.
He began his employment with Reeves County Detention Center on June 4,
2001, and was promoted to Correctional Officer 11 on July 29, 2002.
Officer Pando maintains high standards in his work ethics. His dedication
to the operation of the Reeves County Detention Center is outstanding. Pando
has worked all pertinent posts, to including the Special Housing Unit, Activity
officer, and is always willingly to accept additional responsibilities.
He accomplishes all assigned tasks in minimal time and with exceptional
results. Officer Pando is qualified with the 9mm therefore has worked as
part of the Transportation Crew.
As a Correctional Officer, Officer Pando's primary responsibility is to
maintain security and control of the institution. Pando has continuously
executed this responsibility in the highest respect, and has always taken
pride in his position with the Reeves County Detention Center.
The Reeves County Detention Center is proud to recognize Officer Pando
as Correctional Officer of the Month.
