Due to her outstanding performance, she was promoted to Correctional Officer III on Jan. 4, 2003, according to RCDC Warden Rudy Franco.

"Officer Dominguez maintains high standards in her work ethics and her dedication to the operation of the Reeves County Detention Center is outstanding," said Franco.

She has worked all pertinent posts, and willingly accepts additional responsibilities, according to Franco.
