Williams Family plans Pecos visit

The Williams Family of Reedsport, Ore., will be performing in the First United Methodist Church, at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 13. The Williams are a family of five, dad, mom, two sons, and a daughter.

They have been in full time ministry for over 10 years, traveling throughout the United States and Canada. Their main ministry is music, bluegrass, the hymns, worship songs and some mild contemporary songs. The sons, Bobby and Buddy, play the violin/fiddle, mandolin, banjolin and guitar. Daughter, Robin, also plays guitar and mother, Carla, joins in on the bass fiddle.

They also share with puppets and a skit or two for the children and teens, and always share something that is of particular interest to, and ministers to the very special and important people, the elderly. It is on their hearts to minister to all ages, and all walks of life.

Buddy usually gives a short scriptural message while he makes a balloon animal, and after services, he will make a balloon animal for all the children.

Their desire is to minister hope and encouragement, and to motivate their listeners to take God at His word. They want to share God's wonderful word, and what He has given them to share with others. They are just ordinary people with ordinary voices, but _ Oh! What a mighty God we Serve. He is the God of Hope. No problem or person is too big or too small for him.

The Williams will be coming on a love offering basis. Don't miss this great evening of message and song.
