OC to offer summer sports
Odessa College's community recreation department will offer a variety
of summer sports camps for youths.
The sports camps include coed basketball, volleyball, golf, gymnastics
and tae kwon do; girl's basketball, cheerleading, volleyball and twirling;
and boy's basketball and baseball.
Camp Gym Jam, All Sports Camps, Camp Runamuckus, and Camp Gym Combo offer
a variety of sports and other fun activities.
Complete class descriptions and tuition rates are listed in the OC Continuing
Education/Sports and Recreation Summer 2002 bulletin.
Due to the classes' popularity and limited size, director of community
recreation Betty Fredrickson encourages interested parents to enroll their
children early.
For more information, contact the Odessa College Sports Center at 336-6FIT
(6348).
