Rodriguez gets achievement medal in Army
Private First Class Pablo G. Rodriguez of Pecos has received the Army
Achievement Medal for meritorious achievement while assigned as the supply
clerk.
Soldiers Expertise and attention to detail helped Hotel Company supply
room achieve a green rating in 198 out of 200 possible tasks during the company's
Regimental Command Inspection.
Soldier's initiative and knowledge helped set the example for all supply
rooms in 2nd squadron to follow. His motivation dedication and hard work
reflect great credit upon himself, Hotel Company, 2nd Squadron, The 11th
Armored Calvary Regiment, and the United States Army. He is currently stationed
at the National Training Center and Ft. Irwin, California.
He is the Son of Pablo Rodriguez and the late Yolanda J. Rodriguez. He
is the grandson of Epifania Jurado.
Rodriguez is a graduate of the Class of 2000.
Food safety workshop planned
Better Living for Texans and the Texas Cooperative Extension is sponsoring
a food safety and food demonstration program at 10 a.m., on Friday, Nov.
9 at the Pecos Senior Citizens Center, 119 S. Cedar.
The group will be making chicken and dumplings.
