Rodriguez promoted in U.S. Marines
Marine Corps Cpl. Osvaldo Q. Rodriguez, son of Rosa Emma and Ismael V.
Rodriguez of Balmorhea, recently was promoted to his current rank while
serving with 1st Tank Battalion, 1st Marine Division,
Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif.
Rodriguez was promoted based on sustained superior job performance and
proficiency in his designated specialty.
Rodriguez is a 1995 graduate of Balmorhea High School of Balmorhea and
joined the Marine Corps in January 1998.
