| Daily Newspaper and Travel Guide for Pecos Country of West Texas Lifestyle Monday, July 23, 2001 Clarks celebrate 40th wedding anniversary Duane and Frances Clark of Pecos celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary at the home of Roger and Kay Lee. The party was hosted by Kay Lee, Pam Blackstock, Rebecca Clark and Tracy Willis. The couple has six children, Neidra Zeephat from Pearce, Ariz., Mike Blackstock from Terlingua, Tx., Kay Lee from Odessa, Pam Blackstock from Pecos, Rebecca Clark from Midland and Tracy Willis from Odessa. Duane and Frances have 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Frances Swafford married her husband on July 27, 1961, in Las Vegas, Nevada. F.D. Clark is the owner and operator of Clark's Industrial Service and Frances Clark is a homemaker.
