Lopez celebrates ninth birthday
PECOS, March 21, 2001 - Anthony Michael Lopez celebrated his ninth birthday
recently with a party held in his honor.
Theme for the special event was "Pokemon."
He received many gifts including, guns, darts, water guns, cars, trucks
and checkers.
His parents, Lincoln and Silvanna Licon were on hand to help him celebrate
along with his sister Sarah, his grandmother Diega Hernandez and many friends,
uncles, aunts and cousins.
OC offers courses in Pecos
PECOS, March 21, 2001 - During the first week of April, the Odessa College
Pecos Technical Training Center will be offering an Advanced Microsoft
Word 2000 course and a Beginning Microsoft Excel course.
Both courses will require a textbook. Tuition is $60 per course.
